What we collect

When you register, we collect account information (name, email) and organization details. When employees complete assessments or surveys, we store their responses and derived scores (e.g. RIASEC profiles, satisfaction indices).

How we use data

We use this information to provide Tenurance products to your organization: scoring assessments, generating reports for authorized admins, and billing. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data storage

Data is stored on servers in the United States. Organization admins control which employees are invited and can deactivate employee records.

Security

We use industry-standard practices including encrypted transport (HTTPS), secure session cookies in production, and access controls so only organization admins see employee results.

Your rights

Organization admins may request export or deletion of employee data by contacting us. Individual users may request account deletion via anthony@piedmonttechnical.com.
