2. Use of Service

Tenurance provides workplace assessment tools for organizations. Users must access the platform only through an authorized company account.

3. Data Ownership

Assessment data belongs solely to the customer organization. Tenurance does not use, sell, or distribute customer data for any external purpose.

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform in compliance with company policy

5. Platform Availability

We strive for continuous availability, but we may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or improvements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tenurance is not responsible for employment decisions made by customer organizations based on assessment results.
