Tenurance (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides workplace insights that help companies improve team fit and job satisfaction. We value privacy and believe that employee data should remain confidential, secure, and fully controlled by the organization.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to deliver our service:
- Name and work email
- Assigned company and manager
- Assessment responses
- Team and role information
2. How We Use Information
Data is used only to provide insights within your company:
- Generate RIASEC results and summaries
- Provide manager-level reporting (where permitted)
- Suggest potential job-family fits
3. How We Protect Data
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Insights remain inside the customer organization
- We never sell or share employee data with third parties
4. Your Rights
Users may request deletion, correction, or export of their data through their company administrator or by contacting us directly.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can:
- Use the Privacy & Data dashboard to export your data or request deletion
- Contact your organization’s Tenurance administrator

6. Use of AI / Language Models
Tenurance uses language models to generate warm, conversational summaries and coaching language based on assessment results. For most customers, these models are run in a controlled environment or on local infrastructure configured by the organization. Assessment responses are not used to train public models and are not shared with external providers for advertising or profiling.
